Instrucciones: Deje hervir agua, agregue una o dos cucharaditas (1-2 gm) de Riñón Sano por cada taza de agua y apague el fuego, dejese reposar por 5-10 minutos, cuelelo, agregue miel si asi lo desea. Es recomendable no usar recipientes de aluminio ya que puede dañar las propiedades de la hierba. Use recipientes de porcelana, acero inoxidable o barro. Tómese una taza dos a tres veces al Dia.
